| Hi my name is Kevin Ferguson, I run the Trimtec Restoration Co here in Perth, Western Australia; I make interior parts and trim for the Karmann Ghia models from 55 through to 74, from trunk liners to complete interiors. I have been involved with Karmann Ghia’s for the past 4 years, but have been in the industry for over 47 years and have built up a data base of information to help me reproduce the Karmann Ghia interior parts, to the closest possible factory specifications. Please check out my web site at www.trimtec.com.au and see some of the parts I have produced. I’m a small business and strive for the best possible reproduction in my products. And like most of you, I am still learning about Karmann Ghia and trying to develop more parts for the Ghia community. Yes Karmann Ghia’s are rare down under; we have more later KG’s than early years, all early models have been imported into Australia. A very small amount of my work is at home here in Australia, I mostly export my parts to other parts of the world.   | |
